Terresicci

Red Isola dei Nuraghi IGT

Colour: intense ruby red with violet hues, tending towards garnet red with ageing.
Nose: intense, persistent and complex. Hints of redcurrants and cherry are noticeable, then spicy notes of cinnamon.
Taste: round and sunny on the palate; velvety tannin accompanied by a generous and exuberant structure. Harmonious at the finish.
Grapes: 100% Barbera Sarda.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
Serve with: perfect with roasted red meats, game and mature cheeses.

Montesicci

Nasco di Cagliari DOC

Colour: straw yellow
Nose: elegant and complex with notes of sweet spices, flowers and pleasant hints of toasted fruit.
Taste: full and persistent, with a pleasant flavour and a delicate almond finish.
Grapes: 100% Nasco.
Serving temperature: 14°C.
Serve with: perfect paired with seafood dishes tasted when young, or with medium mature cheeses. A few years after the vintage, it becomes the perfect companion for meditation.

Falconaro

Carignano – ISOLA DEI NURAGHI IGT

Colour: intense ruby red with garnet hues as it ages.
Nose: intense and enveloping with hints of the forest floor.
Taste: velvety, intense, and lingering at the palate.
Grapes: 100% Carignano.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
Serve with: Ideal with first courses, red meats, and full-flavoured cheeses.

Blasio

Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva

Colour: ruby red with light garnet hues as it ages.
Nose: intense, long-lasting, ethereal, heady, with balsamic notes and hints of forest fruits.
Taste: full-bodied, round and velvety on the palate. The finish is very persistent and clean.
Grapes: 90% Cannonau, 10% native red grapes.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
Serve with: roasted red meats, game and strong cheeses.

Caralis

Sparkling Brut Chardonnay

Colour: pale straw yellow with green reflections.
Nose: elegant, intense with fruity notes.
Taste: lively with good body and a pleasant floral freshness.
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
Serve with: a perfect wine for aperitif, appetisers and seafood crudités.

Cáralis Demi sec

Semi Dry Sparkling Malvasia Sarda

Colour: straw yellow with pleasant greenish reflections that are noticeable due to the refined and persistent perlage.
Nose: typical of the grape with delicate and fragrant notes of yellow fruit.
Taste: lively with a good balance of acidity and sweetness on the palate. It has the slightly bitter aftertaste characteristic.
Grapes: 100% Malvasia Sarda.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.
Serve with: perfect at the end of a meal with dry sweets.

Cáralis

Sparkling traditional method Brut Nature

Colour: pale straw yellow with greenish tinges, fine and persistent perlage.
Nose: floral and elegant with delicate hints of yeast, bread crust and pleasant hints of roasted dried fruit.
Taste: full and seductive body, vibrant freshness throughout the drink, with a balanced finish accompanied by pleasant hints of bread crust.
Grapes: 100% Vermentino.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
Serve with: Exceptional as an aperitif, it goes well with oyster, shrimp and prawn crudités.

Dolì Rosè

Sparkling wine

Colour: bright pink with light violet reflections, fine perlage and persistent crown.
Nose: fruity and fragrant, with hints of raspberry, lychee and wild strawberry.
Taste: intense and fruity with a pleasant acidity and good sapidity.
Grapes: 100% red grapes of the territory.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
Serve with: Perfect as an aperitif and great with meat or fish starters.

Dolì

Sparkling wine

Colour: pale straw yellow with greenish shades.
Nose: intense, fresh and fruity, with notes of almond and white flowers.
Taste: lively, soft and fruity with persistent fresh notes.
Grapes: 100% native white grapes.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
Serve with: aperitifs, with seafood and shellfish appetisers.

Passito

Moscato di Sardegna DOC

Colour: intense golden yellow, tending to amber.
Nose: rich and complex, very aromatic, nose expresses an aroma of passionate acacia flowers, apricot jam, candied citrus fruit, and notes of sweet vanilla and spice for the finish.
Taste: silky smooth, soft, sumptuous and full bodied. A good sapidity balances the sweet sensations, and offers the taster a long-lasting finish of dried fruit, apricot, small roasted fruits and delicate spices.
Grapes: 100% Moscato.
Serving temperature: 10-12 °C.
Serve with: perfect in combination with herbed and seasoned cheeses, also goes well with biscuits.
