Nasco di Cagliari DOC
Colour: straw yellow
Nose: elegant and complex with notes of sweet spices, flowers and pleasant hints of toasted fruit.
Taste: full and persistent, with a pleasant flavour and a delicate almond finish.
Grapes: 100% Nasco.
Serving temperature: 14°C.
Serve with: perfect paired with seafood dishes tasted when young, or with medium mature cheeses. A few years after the vintage, it becomes the perfect companion for meditation.

Carignano – ISOLA DEI NURAGHI IGT
Colour: intense ruby red with garnet hues as it ages.
Nose: intense and enveloping with hints of the forest floor.
Taste: velvety, intense, and lingering at the palate.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
Serve with: Ideal with first courses, red meats, and full-flavoured cheeses.

Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva
Colour: ruby red with light garnet hues as it ages.
Nose: intense, long-lasting, ethereal, heady, with balsamic notes and hints of forest fruits.
Taste: full-bodied, round and velvety on the palate. The finish is very persistent and clean.
Grapes: 90% Cannonau, 10% native red grapes.

Semi Dry Sparkling Malvasia Sarda
Colour: straw yellow with pleasant greenish reflections that are noticeable due to the refined and persistent perlage.
Nose: typical of the grape with delicate and fragrant notes of yellow fruit.
Taste: lively with a good balance of acidity and sweetness on the palate. It has the slightly bitter aftertaste characteristic.
Grapes: 100% Malvasia Sarda.

Passito
Moscato di Sardegna DOC
Colour: intense golden yellow, tending to amber.
Nose: rich and complex, very aromatic, nose expresses an aroma of passionate acacia flowers, apricot jam, candied citrus fruit, and notes of sweet vanilla and spice for the finish.
Taste: silky smooth, soft, sumptuous and full bodied. A good sapidity balances the sweet sensations, and offers the taster a long-lasting finish of dried fruit, apricot, small roasted fruits and delicate spices.
Grapes: 100% Moscato.
Serving temperature: 10-12 °C.
Serve with: perfect in combination with herbed and seasoned cheeses, also goes well with biscuits.
